My name is Hanh Le Allis. I was born and raised in Vietnam, where I graduated First Class Honours from the National Economics University on a scholarship. I was fortunate to continue studying abroad — earning an Irish Aid scholarship to Ireland, where I completed my MSc in Supply Chain Management with First Class Honours, and then a Fulbright scholarship to the United States, where I completed my MBA. As a Fulbrighter, I carry the program's mission of cultural exchange into everything I do.
My career in supply chain has taken me from Vietnam to the United States — through DuPont Vietnam, then General Motors and Glencore — one of the world's largest commodity trading companies — where I work as a Supply Chain Director. Along the way I have worked alongside people from three continents and many different cultures and backgrounds, which has shaped how I think about the world as much as any degree.
I have been fortunate to reach financial independence — not overnight, but through years of learning and adjusting.
This platform was never meant to be just me talking. My goal is to build a forum where successful Vietnamese people from around the world — entrepreneurs, scientists, investors, educators — come to share their own knowledge and experience. I learn from them. I learn from you. The purpose is the exchange itself — learning from one another.
Outside of work, I am a mother of two and a wife to Damian G. Allis, Ph.D. — a kind-hearted scientist whose curiosity about science and people has made me a more thoughtful and well-rounded person. His influence on the way I see the world is something I am genuinely grateful for.
"The world is changing faster than any of us can keep up with alone. The only sensible response is to learn together."

Financially independent — building Hanh Le Media
After years of learning and working, I reached financial independence. Now I am channelling that journey into a platform — not to preach, but to share, exchange, and grow together with the Vietnamese community worldwide.
What this platform stands for
Exchange, not broadcast
This is a two-way conversation. Your questions, experiences and perspectives are as important as anything I share.
Knowledge into action
Information without application is just noise. Every topic we cover is chosen because it can change something real in your life.
Many voices, one community
I will always invite guests who know more than me. The best insights come from many people — not one person standing on a stage.
Honest and humble
I will tell you what I know, what I am uncertain about, and what I am still trying to figure out. No pretending. No performing.
Let's connect
Whether you want to share your own knowledge, suggest a topic, collaborate, or simply say hello — I read every message. This forum grows through the people in it.
Ways to connect
Share your knowledge as a guest
Are you a Vietnamese professional, entrepreneur, investor or expert? I would love to invite you to share your story and insights with the community.
Suggest a topic or ask a question
Your questions shape the content. If something is on your mind about AI, finance, or the world — ask it. It may become the next episode.
Sponsorship & collaboration
Partner with Hanh Le Media to reach an engaged Vietnamese-American and global Vietnamese audience.
Just say hello
No agenda needed. If you found something here useful, or just want to connect — I would genuinely love to hear from you.
